The ps2 couldn't handle the first halo graphics. just like the ps3 would not be able to handle halo 3.

You have to be kidding on the AI. LOL. If this is the best the ps3 to offer its over for the platform. Going from the ps2 to the ps3 its night and day. But the ps3 to the 360 the 360 wins hands down. Mass Effect has more game play and better graphics than anything on the ps3. I enjoy playing uncharted but its like all the other ps3 games they just fall short.
And all my ps2 games look like ass on the ps3, but my xbox games look great on the 360.

I'd rather own an HD-DVD player that has internet firmware updates for new features. Than a standalone blu-ray player that doesn't support blu-ray profile 1.1.
Nothing out on the ps3 comes even close to Gears of War.

I have played both ps3 and 360. The 360 version is definitely sharper and smother. I'm buying the 360 version in January.
I own all three the wii, 360 and ps3. If I were you I would be worried because the ps3 is the lackluster one out of the bunch. Games look better and play better on the 360 and motion control is hands down better on the wii. If your into movies buy the ps3 if your into games buy the 360.
The xbox 360 out sells the ps3 every month. NPD numbers don't lie just stupid fanboys. 360 has the highest game attach rate of all the consoles and will have the biggest titles of 2008. And in 2008 when microsoft drops the price its over for the ps3 then you guys can go back to your blu-ray movies.
